12 MONTH WARRANTY | 30 DAY EXCHANGES | 30 DAY REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, adding on a reasonable amount of time for delivery to your postal address, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be supplied in the return packaging.
To exchange your ring, send an email to email@example.com and post the ring in its original packaging to PO Box 111, Port Hedland Western Australia AU 6721, along with the original invoice and completed exchange details clearly displaying your name, email address, order number and new size. Please note that the size on the exchange details must be the size that you need, not the size that you currently have. Please note that only one exchange per original order will be accepted.
T-shirts will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a t-shirt, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and post the t-shirt in its original packaging with the original invoice to PO Box 111, Port Hedland Western Australia AU 6721.
You will receive an order confirmation from us as soon as your new order is processed.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 111, Port Hedland Western Australia AU 6721.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are unsatisfied with the product and would like a refund, send an email to email@example.com and post the item in its original packaging to PO Box 111, Port Hedland Western Australia AU 6721, along with the original invoice.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. You may exchange a sale item if you did not order the proper size as long as the other sizes are available for the exchange.
